2nd Annual Horses For Forces Charity Run

All the benefit riders met at Bartels’ Harley Davidson in Marina Del Rey for the 10am ride to the infamous Paramount Ranch. The parking lot at Bartels’ overflowed into the street with bikes. Everyone mingled around with excitement as they registered for this worthy cause. Shortly after, the stampede of steel horses was ready to gallop into gear. They were escorted by about nine traffic control officers that held the lights at every intersection. There was even a fueling team with the herd just in case anyone ran dry. The riders’ feet barely grazed the ground the entire way.
