Harley-Davidson Names Top Dealership in the U.S. for 2018

Each year, Harley-Davidson hands out its Bar and Shield awards in an effort to recognize the very best of the best among its 700 dealer U.S.-based network. The motorcycle builder judges each dealership in 12 different categories, including sales, customer service, and employee service. And while Harley remains somewhat secretive about these rankings, we now know that its top dealership for 2018 is Smoky Mountain Harley-Davidson in Maryville, Tennessee.
