Going with the flow won’t get you noticed—most of the time. Instead of building something that looks like too many other motorcycles on the road, try building the bike you see in your dreams and not the one your friend saw in his. It’s okay to be different. It’s fine to stray away from the pack. And if your pack isn’t cool with you straying from the pack, then find another pack or, better yet, start your own pack (even if you’re the solitary member of said new pack).

The moral of the story here is to stay true to you because as long as you’re happy at the end of the day, nobody can touch you. And at the end of the day, when you’ve got a killer bike sitting in the garage that looks and acts unlike any other specimen for miles around, that’s even better.
