Geof Dickson is riding on a Harley look-alike mobility bike that has fooled police officers around the neighborhood. He’s mistaken to be cruising on a real Harley-Davidson.

Dickson was diagnosed with HSP condition. This is when nerves die and the person with such condition will be left unable to control the legs. This is why he needed to be on a mobility bike, but when he went out to buy one, all he saw were pink things.
