Milwaukee Sets the Stage to Grow Businesses

The mayor of Milwaukee pointed out that whenever he goes to work, he passes by two small start-up businesses and one of them is Harley-Davidson. The Harley-Davidson Museum in Milwaukee began as a small business with only a handful of employees. He hopes that there are more firms similar to how Harley began.
