New Life For FLH 1977

In April 2003 after bid an older Shovel Electra Glide FLH 1977 in poor condition (see picture on top), at an auction of the Federal Highway Police of Brazil, my dream started to become true. My project was to make a Chopper updated but with the mechanics of the traditional Harley Shovelhead engines. After 03 years of hard work, projects and the help of my friend Claudio B, in March 2006 the dream became true. Besides my dream realized, I feel proud for being able to give a new life and now for ever to an old Harley that before was parked for years, in a warehouse of Brazil’s Federal Highway Police. Today when I push down the Kick Start and turns on this restored engine with carb and drag pipe, his sound is unmistakable, sometimes looks like it will die but not, by the way now it’s more alive than ever.
