Serafin Romero’s 2005 Harley-Davidson Road King

Since 2008, Serafin “Pelon” Romero has been a part of the lowrider game. Building everything from hoppers to a Regal and even a 1962 Impala, he’s long been an avid and active member of the lowrider scene. But a chance encounter with a partially rebuilt 2005 Harley-Davidson Road King would send him down a different path.
