It will be Harley-Davidson’s 8th generation of engines. It’s a new 107” (1753 cc) engine Featuring 8 valves – 4 per cylinder – hence 2 reasons for naming it the “Milwaukee Eight” Other higher cubic inch versions may follow.
The surprise is that this new family of engines is air cooled with pushrod actuation. Which 2017 & 2018 models will it equip? Rumor is one cruiser in 2017 and the touring models for the 2018 model year.
