Custom Harley FXR Low Rider Is Red (Blue?) Hot

When it comes to custom Harley-Davidson motorcycles, build plans are typically pretty radical. They involve essentially scrapping everything that makes a Harley a Harley and starting over from scratch. Often with a new frame, wheels, bodywork, you name it. But this 1987 FXR Low Rider build, which these guys spotted over at Crown Concepts, is something well, different. Not that it isn’t a full-on custom, but because it retains much of its original character.
