Eight lucky folks were selected from 7,500 entries, and each received a brand new Harley and a stint at H-D’s Riding Academy. After that, it was up to them to simply have the best summer ever and record the whole thing on social media. University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh senior Tessa Otto was one of those lucky eight. And we’d say she’s done more than a fine job of representing the bar and shield thus far.
