1953 Harley-Davidson Servi-Car

Harley-Davidson’s iconic Servi-Car was one of those things that seems a little silly in retrospect, but it turned out to be a massive hit. No one really knew just how genius adding a cargo area and dual rear wheels to a motorcycle could be at the time, obviously. And we’re guessing that includes Harley themselves.

But while the Servi-Car enjoyed a long 41-year production cycle, few examples live up to the excellence that is this 1953 model offered in a recent Mecum auction.
